**Job Title: Production Operator**
**Job Description**
We are seeking dedicated Production Operators for the night shift. You will rotate between different machinery and roles on the plant floor, ensuring that machines operate smoothly without any issues.
**Responsibilities**
+ Load and unload fiberglass.
+ Operate winding and unwinding machinery, and manage the dip station.
+ Stack rolls using the hilo.
+ Apply wrap on the rolls.
**Essential Skills**
+ At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing floor or machine operating role.
+ Experience with manual machinery, excluding assembly tasks.
+ Consistent work history with at least 2 years at each role.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Production experience.
+ Machine operation skills.
+ General labor expertise.
+ Assembly and packaging knowledge.
+ Loading skills.
