**Job Title: Production Worker – Batch Mixing Department**
**Job Description**
This role focuses on supporting high-volume food production in a batch mixing department by accurately preparing, mixing, and staging ingredients, operating machinery, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area. You will work with both dry and liquid ingredients, follow detailed recipes, and help ensure that products meet quality and safety standards in a GMP-regulated environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Load and weigh dry ingredients according to established recipes and production requirements.
+ Lift and handle bags and containers of ingredients, including individual lifts of up to 40 pounds.
+ Set up, adjust, and operate machinery used for cooking and mixing, including liquid filler equipment and mixing tanks.
+ Gather raw materials and ingredients from inventory and stage them at the correct workstations in advance of production runs.
