Job Description
**General Production Workers needed in Beech Creek, PA $17.00/hr**
**1st shift:** 6am-4:30pm MONDAY - FRIDAY
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble trusses using hand tools and power tools according to production specifications.
+ Read and interpret tape measurements accurately to cut and align materials.
+ Perform general production and assembly tasks on the manufacturing floor.
+ Handle, move, and position materials and components safely during the assembly process.
+ Support packing and preparation of finished trusses for shipment or storage.
+ Follow all safety procedures and use tools and equipment in a safe and proper manner.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
+ Assist with general labor and construction-related tasks as needed to support production demands.
+ Adapt to changing production needs, including working extended hours when required.
