**Pay Range:** $19.50/hour (shift differentials available)
**Shift:** Various shifts including 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts, 8 hours per shift
**What's the Job?**
+ Support crop inspection, maintenance, and inventory management during peak seasons
+ Operate equipment such as forklifts, dryers, and packaging machinery safely and efficiently
+ Assist with seed processing, labeling, packaging, and warehousing activities
+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas following safety standards
+ Participate in seasonal harvest and packaging operations, adapting to changing schedules
