JOB DESCRIPTION

General operative duties in this instance could include:

  • Prepare the tooling for winder to run the production according to schedule given.
  • To collect and get ready the resin or material during the winding process for pipe and fitting production.
  • To ensure the tooling to be heat/transfer in the oven before production.
  • To ensure all tooling standby must be clean and maintain in good operating condition. Any damage or hiccup must be report immediately to foreman or supervisor for further action
  • To transfer the pipe and fitting into post qure oven after wind.
  • Perform quality control on the product, follow reporting and record keeping procedure and report problem if any to foreman or superior.
  • To comply with all safety, house keeping and health procedure at work or premise.
  • Any others duties assign by superior from time to time.
