**We are seeking a skilled General Production Worker** to perform **paint preparation on large vehicles** , including RVs and motorhomes. Experience in a **manufacturing or production environment** is highly valued. Candidates with **at least 6 months of experience** are preferred.
**Responsibilities**
+ **Perform** sanding, masking, and cleaning of surfaces to prepare vehicles for painting according to specifications.
+ **Install** tape and protective coverings accurately using a tape measure for prep and assembly tasks.
+ **Carry out** buffing and detailing work to ensure a high-quality finish on all painted surfaces.
+ **Utilize** basic hand and power tools safely and effectively to complete production work.
