Job Description

Responsibilities

The full-time employee will be trained in several areas of the plant operation. This position is assigned to operate equipment within established guidelines for efficiency, safety, and product quality. The equipment will vary and include mixing, packing, pelleting, loadout and receiving of animal feed and ingredients.

Requirements

Qualifications/Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Be able to read and follow procedures
  • Complete required paperwork
  • Good computer and math skills
  • Be committed to work in safe manner

    • Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
  • Work in natural climate conditions
  • Climb ladders, stairs and be physically active throughout the shift

    • Pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check is required.
