We are seeking licensed doctors for on-call duty at Espoo Hospital's emergency department and Kirkkonummi urgent care. The role involves providing meaningful medical work as part of a professional team, with flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.

The position requires experience in emergency outpatient work, good communication skills, and proficiency with Pegasos OMNI and Lifecare systems.

Compensation starts at 450€/weekend, with additional pay for active work during on-call periods. The role offers flexible scheduling, comprehensive orientation, and administrative support, emphasizing work‑life balance and team integration.

Qualifications

  • Licensed doctor in Finland (LL)
  • Experience in emergency outpatient work
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency with Pegasos OMNI and Lifecare systems
