The practice is owned and operated by doctors who also work within the same practice, fostering a deep understanding of both the clinical and operational aspects of the business. With a team of 10 GPs, the practice offers a supportive and collaborative environment.

The practice operates on a mixed billing system, with full private billing on Saturday mornings and for any procedures. The incoming GP will receive 65% of billings, with an initial guarantee of $150 per hour for the first three months. The average hourly billing is $380, translating to a potential earning of $8,892 per week for a 36-hour work week. Some doctors in the practice have been billing up to $450 per hour.
