About the Role
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable General Operative to join our team, supporting the preparation of vacant properties to a high standard ready for new residents. This is a varied role that combines void clearance, environmental cleaning, property preparation, and general labouring duties across a range of residential properties.
The role will involve clearing properties of furniture, household items, waste, and other materials, carrying out environmental cleans and deep cleaning activities, and assisting with the transportation of materials using company vehicles.
