Job Purpose
The General Office Assistant provides general support to ensure the smooth running of the Sarawak office. This role handles a variety of tasks including office upkeep, errands, document handling, and logistical support. The position is essential in maintaining an efficient and professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities
a. Office Support
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises, including meeting rooms and common areas
• Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked and report shortages to the Finance & Admin Executive
• Assist in setting up meeting rooms for meetings and events
• Manage pantry supplies and ensure refreshments are available for staff and visitors
• Handle minor maintenance issues and coordinate with building management or contractors as needed
