We are seeking an experienced, commercially focused General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our thriving catering business. You will oversee a team of approximately 10 employees, supported by an on-site Supervisor and Chef. The successful candidate will balance operational excellence with commercial awareness, ensuring outstanding client satisfaction while identifying opportunities to grow the business.
