General Manager

Salary: Up to $82,000 + Bonus

Location: Calgary, AB

My client is a quickly growing, fun and trendy restaurant with locations across Canada. They are looking for a General Manager to join their team where you will be responsible for leading a team in a high-volume location. If you are a natural leader, a positive self starter, and able to multitask and operate efficiently under pressure, get in touch!

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for day-to-day restaurant operations
  • Managing and training front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders, to deliver impeccable service and uphold the restaurant's brand image
  • Implementing and enforcing restaurant policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations to ensure compliance and maintain a safe and sanitary environment for guests and staff
