General Manager: Value Added

The successful candidate will lead, build and operate a profitable, scalable, and operationally excellent Value-Added manufacturing platform, producing crumbed, fresh value added products and QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) poultry products for both internal supply and market-facing demand. This is a hands‑on, commercially focused leadership role, accountable for cost competitiveness, yield optimisation, service delivery, and capital efficiency, while ensuring uncompromising food safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Full commercial and operational management of the Value Added Further Processing Plant, including production scheduling, staff management, and financial performance.
• Deliver margin improvement through yield optimisation, waste reduction, and insourcing of externally co-packed products.
• Lead the commissioning, ramp-up, and stabilisation of the Value Added processing facility.
