Job Description
The successful candidate will lead, build and operate a profitable, scalable, and operationally excellent Value-Added manufacturing platform, producing crumbed, fresh value added products and QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) poultry products for both internal supply and market-facing demand. This is a hands-on, commercially focused leadership role, accountable for cost competitiveness, yield optimisation, service delivery, and capital efficiency, while ensuring uncompromising food safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Full commercial and operational management of the Value Added Further Processing Plant, including production scheduling, staff management, and financial performance.
Deliver margin improvement through yield optimisation, waste reduction, and insourcing of externally co-packed products.
