General Manager

We’re looking for a hands‑on General Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of our Toronto Retail, Taproom/Kitchen and Event space. In this role you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving strong commercial performance across taproom sales, food/beverage programming, retail merchandise, and private events. Additionally, this role will lead the front of house team in Toronto by managing staffing, inventory, and ensuring the space operates smoothly and consistently every day.

This is a working leadership role, with at least 50% of time spent on the taproom floor supporting the team and engaging with guests.
