Job Description
KEY STRATEGIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the development & implementation of the Co-operatives strategy in consultation with the Board;
- Develop & implement an effective & efficient system of internal controls, information management and other necessary business management systems;
- Implement an effective system of financial, risk, procurement and human resources management;
- Ensure the Co-operative adheres to high standards of corporate citizenship and social responsibility in its business operations;
- Account to the Board monthly by submitting reports;
- Maintain effective communication between management, the board, co-operative members and other key stakeholders;
- Apply innovative and creative measures to boost business growth and keep pace with funeral industry developments;
