Job Description
What you’ll do:
Work closely with the Board to develop the strategic direction for a mid-sized organization spanning multiple geographic locations and commodities in alignment with the vision, mission, and values. Provide continuous support to the Board and committees of the Board and ensure regular reporting is provided including Annual General Meeting preparation and reporting.
Responsible for the financial health of the organization. Lead the development of the organization’s annual operating and capital budgets (ex. financial reporting, audits and member equity investments) and present to the Board for approval.
Provide leadership to the organization, including the recruitment/retention, goal setting, performance management, succession planning, and training and development of team leaders.
