Role Purpose
- Drive strategic initiatives to deliver HK Express’ Revenue and RASK targets, and identify key areas for future revenue growth
- Develop and implement revenue management and pricing structure best practices for low cost carrier business
- Identify opportunities for tactical pricing actions to generate revenue growth
- Maximise revenue per flight and deliver on price competitiveness versus the competition; Benchmark and monitor pricing strategy versus the competition
- Develop revenue performance and trend forecast, leveraging on past and current market performance data
- Accountable on route revenue performance targets in line with revenue budget through pricing and inventory management best practices
- Execute different Revenue Management strategies appropriate to different distribution channels and compilation tariffs for all e-commerce channels
