We are looking for a commercially grounded leader who enjoys building businesses - someone comfortable working alongside entrepreneurial leaders, bringing structure, momentum and strong operational leadership.

The successful candidate will be across the the enitre business, spanning growth strategy, P&L performance, team leadership, installations, factory operations and compliance. You will play a key role in establishing a scalable platform within the volume residential and multi-residential housing sector.
