Reporting to the Board of Directors, the General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, operational management, and financial management of the RECC. The General Manager ensures the facility delivers exceptional recreation, sport, wellness, and community services while ensuring financial sustainability, operational excellence, and people management.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in a relevant discipline such as Business Administration, Recreation Management, or Public Administration.
