General Manager – Quality Assurance / Control & Technical Location: Silvassa, Gujarat Key Responsibilities Quality Assurance & Compliance: Drive operational excellence and enhance customer satisfaction while achieving cost reductions. Manage plant assessments, audits, and regulatory approvals (BIS certification, customer approvals, etc.). Address customer complaints by providing technical support and root cause analysis (RCA) . Develop and implement robust Quality Control strategies for all product lines. Conduct supplier audits, quality assessments, and ensure 100% First-Time-Right (FTR) raw materials . Lead initiatives for process optimization and defect reduction . Oversee customer complaint resolution using CAPA, RCA, and 8D problem-solving methodologies . Analyze process quality reports , identify trends, and drive corrective actions to achieve zero deviations and scrap reduction .
