An established Asia Pacific property owner and developer is seeking an experienced operational leader to oversee its commercial property and hotel assets in Port Moresby. You will be mentored by an experienced Managing Director, as you take on more responsibility there is a strong upswing in earning potential.

With a long-standing presence in Papua New Guinea and a portfolio of commercial properties and hotel developments, this business requires a capable, hands-on General Manager to lead day-to-day property operations, building maintenance and capital works delivery.

Based in Port Moresby and reporting to the Managing Director, you will take full responsibility for the operational performance of the property portfolio while overseeing new development and refurbishment projects.
