General Manager-Project

Role Summary:
The General Manager – Projects will be responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of multispecialty hospital construction projects, ensuring completion within timelines, budget, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead overall hospital project execution from concept to commissioning.
Prepare project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
Oversee civil, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, medical gas pipeline, fire & safety, and allied services.
Ensure compliance with statutory approvals and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth execution.
Monitor project progress and control costs to avoid overruns.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety norms at site.
Review and approve contractor bills, BOQs, and procurement plans.
