Job Description
Position: General Manager - Precision Engineering
Location: Sevenoaks, Kent
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 depending on experience
General Manager required for a well-established and growing manufacturer of precision engineered products. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership, coordination and support across the business, ensuring smooth day-to-day running of operations.

Supporting and guiding the management team across manufacturing, sales and administration
Overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring department are aligned and working effectively
Identifying opportunity to continuous improvements and ensuring health & safety ad quality standards are upheld
