General Manager - Polymer Center

**POSITION SUMMARY:** As we partner with customers to create a more sustainable world, a cutting-edge opportunity awaits a General Manager to lead the Company’s Polymer Center operations, which includes P&L responsibility for all facets of the rPET flake and high-quality olefins manufacturing process. You will begin by working alongside the design and construction team to bring to life the Company’s Polymer Center, and thereafter be accountable for the 24/7/365 manufacturing operation. Working in a human-centered, matrix management environment, you will lead a multi-functional team comprised of Operations, Maintenance, Sales, Finance, Human Resources, Safety, Environmental Compliance, and Engineering team members.
