General Manager - Plantation

Adecco is assisting one of the biggest local FMCG companies in Indonesia, we are seeking an experienced and commercially astute General Manager - Plantation to take full ownership of our integrated plantation and processing business.

Key Responsibilities:

Pillar 1: Plantation (Upstream)

• Oversee all aspects of crop cultivation, including planting, irrigation, fertilization, pest and disease management, and harvest planning.
• Manage crop yield forecasting, harvest scheduling, and seasonal labor planning.
• Ensure sustainable and compliant farming practices across the estate.
• Oversee post-harvest processing (milling, fermentation, drying, sorting, grading) to maintain raw material quality.
• Manage estate infrastructure, equipment, and maintenance programs.
