We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee and grow the operations of a bath remodeling company. This is a replacement role for a key leadership position and is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, results-driven professional.
Responsibilities:
+ Oversee daily operations including sales, production, and installation teams
+ Manage project flow from sale to installation to ensure timely, high-quality completion
+ Lead, train, and motivate office and field staff
+ Monitor job costing, budgets, and overall profitability
+ Improve operational efficiency and implement process improvements
+ Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure strong customer satisfaction
+ Work closely with ownership on business strategy and growth initiatives
