Role Overview
Position Title: General Manager Location: Woodstock Position Type: Full-time, In person. The General Manager is responsible for supervising and coordinating all employees engaged in the Stamping and Assembly departments. The GM ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality production, drives continuous improvement, supports current product launches, and develops the leadership capability of the team. Responsibilities
Lead plant operations for Stamping and Assembly; drive safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency. Manage Maintenance, Tooling, Materials, Quality, Shipping/Receiving. Support production issues with equipment, tooling, and cross‑functional teams. Plan staffing and schedules (regular and overtime) to meet customer demand. Drive continuous improvement: process, layout, metrics, and capital business cases. Oversee onboarding and training; maintain competency and development records.
