We are seeking a full‑time General Manager for Etobicoke, Ontario. The role focuses on ensuring seamless and cost‑effective maintenance operations of GO Transit and UP Express fleets, supporting a transition to 15‑minute service, driving continuous improvement, and leading cross‑functional teams.

Your future role

• Directly manage the Maintenance team for GO Transit and UP Express fleets (approximately 855 employees).
• Ensure safe, prompt, and courteous service in accordance with corporate policies, government regulations, and Canadian Rail Operating Rules.
