Hurak Education Services is a training provider offering adult education in the following sectors; health and safety, security, first aid, food safety, and teaching with multiple centers all over the United Kingdom. Although we do not offer any training courses in Pakistan, the role of our Lahore office in DHA Phase 6 is to help run our UK operations.

Role Overview
The General Manager – Operations will be responsible for leading and optimising all operational functions across Hurak. This includes sales operations, customer support, provider onboarding, compliance coordination, performance monitoring and internal process improvement.
The role requires a commercially aware leader who can drive efficiency, improve conversion rates, strengthen provider relationships and ensure consistent service delivery across departments.
