1. Operations & Coordination
Manage daily operational activities of KITE DMC.
Coordinate with consultants and contractors.
Track project timelines and approvals.
2. Government & Stakeholder Communication
Liaison with government departments and authorities.
Manage official correspondence and follow-ups.
3. Documentation & Record Management
Maintain records of correspondence, contracts, board decisions, and project files.
Ensure proper filing for audit and compliance.
4. Board & Committee Support
Assist the Board in follow-up actions of Board meetings and different Committees of the organization.
Prepare agendas, minutes, and maintain resolutions.
