1. Operations & Coordination

  • Manage daily operational activities of KITE DMC.

  • Coordinate with consultants and contractors.

  • Track project timelines and approvals.

2. Government & Stakeholder Communication

  • Liaison with government departments and authorities.

  • Manage official correspondence and follow-ups.

3. Documentation & Record Management

  • Maintain records of correspondence, contracts, board decisions, and project files.

  • Ensure proper filing for audit and compliance.

4. Board & Committee Support

  • Assist the Board in follow-up actions of Board meetings and different Committees of the organization.

  • Prepare agendas, minutes, and maintain resolutions.
