Position Summary
The General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the manufacturing facility. This position oversees customer quotations, procurement, production, inventory, quality, shipping, maintenance, safety, and personnel to ensure products are delivered on time, within budget, and to customer specifications.
The Site Manager serves as the primary leader of the satellite facility and is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the operation from receipt of customer inquiries through final shipment. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong business acumen, manufacturing experience, and the ability to balance customer service, operational efficiency, and profitability.
