Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, the General Manager is responsible for managing the day‑to‑day operations of Nova Inn Manning, including budgeting and financial management, maintaining cost and quality standards, maximizing profits, developing and retaining employees, and exceeding guest expectations.
