As a General Manager, you will champion our selling model, inspire a customer-first mentality, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your leadership will be pivotal in achieving business and financial results, developing talent, and enhancing customer experiences.
Specifically, you will
- Drive Operational and Sales Excellence: Model and nurture our sales culture to add value for our customers. Oversee all aspects of Brand Standards and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Leadership: Lead by example and with purpose, motivate and empower your team, and inspire exceptional customer service. Execute day-to-day floor leadership duties, making confident and purposeful decisions.
