General Manager - Sales & Operations (Warehousing Division)


  • Operational Leadership: Manage end-to-end warehousing, distribution, and transportation operations for specific customer contracts to meet service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Financial Accountability: Full P&L (Profit and Loss) responsibility for the contract, including budget development, cost control programs, and achieving profit objectives.
  • Strategic Growth: Drive organic growth by developing additional business opportunities with existing customers and supporting new project biddings.
  • Performance Management: Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Kaizen) to enhance productivity.
