Job Description
About the Role
As General Manager – PFS Operations, you will lead large-scale U.S. healthcare revenue cycle operations across multiple sites in the Philippines. You will own P&L performance, oversee delivery for Patient Financial Services, engage with senior clients, and drive operational efficiency, transformation, and talent development.
This role reports to a Vice President / Senior Vice President and leads 3–5 direct reports with an overall span of 400–600 FTEs.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Delivery
Own P&L and budgets across multiple PFS client accounts and sites
Lead end-to-end PFS operations including billing, collections, insurance follow-ups, and payment posting
Optimize RCM processes to improve cash flow and reduce AR days
Monitor dashboards, SLAs, KPIs, and drive governance improvements
Implement capacity management, resource optimization, and bench/buffer strategies
