- Own full APAC regional P&L, including gross margin, cost of sales, and profitability targets
- Lead strategic planning and operational execution aligned with global business objectives
- Oversee regional revenue operations to ensure efficiency, quality, compliance, and customer experience excellence
- Establish clear reporting, KPIs, and operating rhythms across the region
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing regional leadership team
