RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ability to perform duties commonly associated with Managing Director Material Science China, a similarly situated company, including, but not limited to, the following:
Implementing the decision of the Executive Director, organizing and managing the daily operations of the Company, and submitting management reports to the Executive Director, including all relevant data on the Company's performance against the budget and explanations for all major deviations from the budget, as required by the Executive Director.Driving Business growth profitably in line with the Company’s direction.Submitting periodic written reports to the Executive Director on the income and expenditures of the Company together with suggestions for improvement.Formulating rules and regulations for the operations and management of the Company and personnel, responsibilities and functions of each department, and imp...
