General Manager - Manufacturing Operations

Overview

We are seeking a senior operations leader to oversee and scale our manufacturing operations. This role can be structured as either a Director of Manufacturing Operations or General Manager , depending on experience.

The successful candidate will lead a team of approximately 20–40 production employees , driving performance across production, safety, quality, and continuous improvement while aligning day‑to‑day operations with broader business objectives.
