General Manager- Leasing

Key purpose of the job: The role is responsible for formulation and execution of business strategies and ensuring end to end leasing of office and retail properties.The position is responsible to generate transaction revenue through leasing for the company by developing, maintaining and enhancing targeted client relationships. The role also necessitates knowledge of key real estate dynamics such as demand, supply, absorption, vacancy etc. and other related economic drivers of real estate.
