As General Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations, oversee multiple department leads (lawn maintenance, snow removal, turf care, cleanups), and serve as the strategic bridge between ownership and field staff. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality results, managing profitability, and helping to expand the business and team.
