Role

Lead and manage end-to-end US HRO operations, including Payroll, Benefits administration & Retirement services. Role requires strategic oversight of service delivery, ensuring excellence in client satisfaction, operational efficiency & compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight to the US HRO Operations team, ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Encompassing onboarding, data management, benefits administration, front office back-office activities, exits.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Presales, Solutions, and others, to participate in RFPs and RFIs for new client acquisitions, ensuring accurate and competitive submissions.
