Job Description


We are seeking an experienced General Manager Aviation Operations to lead our charter (air taxi) operations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the full scope of flight operations, regulatory compliance, safety management, and fleet performance across Mexico and the United States. You will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, adherence to aviation regulations, and the efficient utilization of the fleet, while driving the overall performance and sustainability of the business.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee and direct all flight operations, including aircraft scheduling, dispatch, maintenance coordination, and crew management. 

  • Ensure full compliance with aviation regulations and maintain direct alignment with the Agencia Federal de Aviación Civil and applicable international standards.

  • Lead and enforce the Safety Management System (SMS), ensuring a safety-first culture across all operations.
