Store

Manager. Fruita Consumers Cooperative was founded in 1937.  A cooperative is a group of individuals and/or businesses that work together to a benefit through numbers. It is jointly owned and democratically controlled. We currently have three branch stores, Fertilizer plant and tire center.

General Summary

The Fruita Store Manager is responsible for ensuring superior customer service in their

store. They must develop associates at all levels, drive sales and

profitability, and maintain effective expense and payroll budget management.

They will also ensure compliance with effective inventory management and

merchandising practices and all Cooperative policies and procedures.
