Job Description
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) with post-qualification experience of 8+ years.
Role & Responsibilities:
Responsible for GL and reporting functions for the Quick Commerce, Supply chain segment of the Group including the overall responsibility of a large subsidiary of the Group.
Lead financial reporting under Ind AS/IFRS on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis and ensure timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders.
Lead quarterly limited reviews and annual statutory audits.
Oversee working capital management, cash flow forecasting, and financing for both long-term and short-term requirements.
Implement, monitor, and audit Internal Controls Over Financial Reporting (ICOFR), including General IT Controls (GITC) and IT Application Controls (ITAC).
Act as the Technical expert for the various existing and potential accounting matters, and lead the stakeholders relationship with external technical consultants, statutory auditors and investors on preparation, ...
