General Manager – Facility & Project Management

The role will head end-to-end facility and project operations for a high-end IT/BT commercial campus and will be responsible for:

• Complete property & facility management (MEP, HVAC, DG, fire systems, STP, lifts, security, soft services etc.)

• Campus fit-outs, infrastructure upgrades, and CAPEX project execution

• Full P&L ownership including AOP, OPEX/CAPEX control and financial governance

• Statutory compliance and liaisoning with key Karnataka government authorities (CEIG, BWSSB, Fire Authority, KIADB, BBMP, PF, ESI, Labour Dept., etc.)

• Tenant engagement and client-facing technical discussions

• Vendor management, SLA governance and cost optimization

• BCP, risk management, and ISO compliance

Candidate Profile Required:

• 20+ years of experience in Real Estate / Integrated Facility Management
• Experience managing large commercial assets (8–10 lakh sq. ft. or above)
