You as a General Manager, Facilities will:
Act as liaison with the Client on all aspect of the operational service.Responsible to oversee and ensure all service contract deliverables are achieved.Collaborate with hospital leadership, department heads, and external partners to ensure alignment and support for facility operations and service delivery.Oversee planning, project management, operations and facilities services.Provide expert advice and proactively report on delivery and performance, utilizing available tools and information while maintaining detailed, accurate and up to date records of site infrastructure, plant and equipment including product and technical information.Regularly review the department’s workload to achieve a cost effective and quality service.Establish necessary policies, procedures, action plans, critical indicators, timetables and performance measures to guarantee...
