Job Description

My client is a respected engineering one stop subcontractor of fabricated weld assemblies, treated assemblies, machined components and assemblies supplied primarily to OEMs, who are currently recruiting for a General Manager. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and production of the Factory based in Co.Cavan. This is a senior position requiring strong operations, engineering and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily business operations, drive strategic initiatives and ensure overall business success
  • Develop and implement business strategies to support growth and business excellence
  • Lead the operations, engineering/quality, procurement and administration functions
  • Manage the operations department to highest standards to satisfy customer expectation and on-time delivery
