  • Operational Leadership
    • Oversee daily operations across construction, estimating, and project management functions to ensure alignment with company goals.
    • Evaluate construction methods, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Project Oversight & Execution
    • Participate in meetings to review project scope, specifications, and strategy.
